How much does shipping cost?

All our products are registered under a standard delivery charge of £2.99.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase and then by clicking the Track My Order tab. You can also contact us directly at pawpalsshopuk@gmail.com to check the status of your order.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 24-48 hours. Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, delivery times may take longer than the estimates below.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2-4 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Do you deliver products internationally?

Paw Pals successfully ships A LOT of apparel to the USA and to Europe each day. We have many happy customers all over Europe and in the USA!

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas, but we always try to ensure our apparel is available.

WHY WAS I CHARGED X BUT ON MY PAYPAL AND/OR INVOICE IT STATES XX?

This is due to the website charging in GBP. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in GBP.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
