Our delivery service in the Paw Pals store is £2.99. We believe in giving you the best prices for the best products and this is why our products are made by industry professionals overseas. 

Delivery can take between 2-4 calendar weeks, which is dependant on the product availability, courier processing times and the speed of customs clearance.  Typically, all products arrive within 15 days post shipment. Some may take a few days extra due to unforeseen circumstances or the stated above. Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of Paw Pals and we will advise you if this happens, where we can and provide you with the support to ensure you receive your product. 

Due to the high cost of keeping a large inventory in the UK, we decided to keep all our inventory in our overseas distribution centres throughout the United States of America, Holland and China. By doing this, it enables us to pass big savings onto our customers and also enables us to ship all over Europe and America.
